The Global Talent – Employer Sponsored (GTES) helps businesses fill highly-skilled, innovative and cutting-edge positions that cannot be filled from the domestic labour market.
The GTES program provides greater flexibility to certain startups and established businesses than the standard TSS program and can be used to access concessions and permanent residence pathways which ordinarily would not be available.
