Samar is a Manager at Fragomen’s Dubai office and oversees and manages the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) social insurance and Egypt inbound teams. Her clients come from various sectors such as construction, e-commerce, oil and gas, and banking.
Samar has over 17 years of immigration and social insurance experience working at multiple Big Four firms where she advised multi-industry organizations on immigration and social insurance policies and regulations. She also supported clients with transforming immigration and social insurance programs and filing strategies in the MENA region.
Samar has substantial experience in local and domestic corporate, income tax laws and compliance. She has developed a widespread network of relationships with multiple governmental authorities and external stakeholders.
Samar speakers Arabic and English with German work proficiency.
