We are proud to have earned the No. 2 spot on The American Lawyer's annual Diversity Scorecard, which ranks the top law firms in the U.S. based on minority representation, for the third year in a row.
This designation recognized Fragomen for our continued diversity among partners as well as attorneys, with an overall attorney minority percentage of 29.4 percent—significantly higher than the 15.6 percent average minority representation for all firms analyzed for the survey. Fragomen has been ranked in the top five firms in this survey since 2012.
To develop the Diversity Scorecard, the publication evaluates Am Law 200 and NLJ 250 firms according to their inclusion of Asian-American, African-American, Latino or Hispanic, Native American and self-described multiracial attorneys—as a whole and in partnership.
