Alicia is a Senior Manager and Solicitor in Fragomen’s London office, where she advises clients on all aspects of UK immigration, including the Points Based System (PBS). She manages a team of Associates and Paralegals who provide UK immigration advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including large companies and SMEs in industries such as finance, insurance, technology, media, advertising and public relations. Alicia also advises private clients on all issues relating to UK immigration law and nationality law.

Alicia previously sat in Fragomen’s UK Financial Services team, which was set up to provide industry specific UK immigration assistance to companies in the sector. Her clients included leading investment banks and small financial services companies. 

Prior to joining Fragomen, Alicia was a solicitor at a London-based multi-practice law firm in their highly ranked immigration team. Alicia advised both corporate clients and private individuals in relation to UK immigration and nationality law and EU free movement rights law. She also had experience in niche areas such as Tier 4 compliance.

Alicia speaks English and Spanish.
