Canada's Semiconductor Council: Strengthening Canada’s Semiconductor Talent Pipeline for Global Competitiveness

Partner Cosmina Morariu contributed to Canada’s Semiconductor Council’s 2025 Talent & Workforce Development Working Group Report, offering guidance on how immigration policy can better support talent mobility and workforce planning. The report outlines strategies to close labour gaps in the semiconductor sector by expanding graduate training, introducing industry certifications and improving pathways to attract and retain skilled workers.
