Partner Julia Onslow-Cole Featured in Financial Times Spotlight on 2025 Innovative Lawyers Europe Awards

Partner Julia Onslow-Cole is featured in the Financial Times for her work on global immigration and workforce mobility. The feature highlights her leadership of Fragomen’s global government strategies practice, advising on frameworks to attract skilled workers, post-Brexit workforce planning, corporate mobility policies and emergency evacuations in conflict zones. Julia also chairs the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the International Bar Association’s Human Rights Institute Trust charity.

The feature was published in conjunction with the FT 2025 Innovative Lawyers Europe Awards, for which Julia was shortlisted in the "Most Innovative Legal Practitioner" category. She is the first immigration and global mobility lawyer to be shortlisted in this category.
