Albania / Bahrain / Kosovo / Montenegro / Oman / Qatar / Saudi Arabia / Thailand: Visa-free Travel Implemented in Select European Countries for Certain GCC and Thai Nationals

A number of European countries have agreed to allow certain Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals to enter their country without a visa. Kosovo is allowing Saudi nationals visa-free entry for up to 90 days within a 180-day period with a valid passport through December 31, 2023. Additionally, Montenegro is allowing visa-free travel for up to 30 consecutive days, but no more than 90 days in a 180-day period, with a valid passport through October 31 for Saudi nationals who are part of a tourist group and arrive on a direct flight from Saudi Arabia; and who can produce a return ticket, proof of payment for their accommodation and a letter of invitation from the tourist office in Montenegro organizing the trip. Albania is allowing visa-free entry for 90 days in a 180-day period to nationals of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Thailand to enter visa-free with a valid passport for up to 90 days within a 180-day period through December 31.
