American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Chicago Chapter 2024 Employment Conference Series

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) will be hosting its Fall Employment Conference Series in October and November. Fragomen Partner, Michelle Jacobson will be presenting the first session of the series on October 23 at 12PM CST, titled Remote, Roving, and Work-From-Home Employees in Different Employment-Based Settings (PERM, H, L, and E-3).

Fragomen Associate, Zeena Barazanji will be presenting on the second session of the series on October 30 at 12PM CST, titled All About INA § 212(d)(3) Waivers in the Employment Context.
