On January 1, 2025, some changes in the Legal Services Act came into force! This applies to companies that want to recruit and hire international skilled workers and, above all, third-party providers who are active in this field. This is because the legal examination of the individual case is reserved for lawyers.

In the webinar, Fragomen Senior Manager Katharina Vorländer and Fragomen Senior Associate Arta Djahanschiri will provide insight into the current legal situation and address the changes.

The Fragomen speakers will address the following questions, among others:

  • What do the changes in labour migration law mean for companies, international professionals, relocation companies, recruitment agencies and other service providers?
  • What kind of support and advice is legally permitted and serious?
  • When does legal advice start?
  • How can companies, agencies, etc. best possible introduce the change in the law into existing work structures?
  • What are the dangers and sanctions of unauthorised advisory services?
  • What do companies have to pay attention to when selecting service providers?
