Arta is a Senior Associate and Attorney (“Rechtsanwalt”) at Fragomen’s Frankfurt office and is a certified specialist in migration law (“Fachanwalt für Migrationsrecht”), a professional credential granted by the Bar Association following advanced legal training and substantial practical experience. He advises and represents corporate clients across all industries, as well as institutional clients and private individuals, on all aspects of immigration and citizenship law.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Arta worked at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. He later practiced at a boutique law firm, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in both administrative litigation and proceedings before public authorities – a foundation for his current legal focus.

Arta lectures at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where he teaches Immigration Law and Asylum Law from an attorney’s perspective and Asylum Law.

He is a regular speaker at professional conferences and conducts advanced training programs on topics related to immigration law and compliance.

Arta speaks English and German.
