Arta is a Senior Associate and Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) at Fragomen’s Frankfurt office, where he advises corporate clients in the technology, automotive and sportswear manufacturing industries on German immigration matters and compliance needs. He also assists private clients with citizenship and residency applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Arta worked at the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. He also worked at a law firm where he specialised in immigration law and represented clients in court proceedings throughout Germany.
Arta has been an Assistant Lecturer at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz/Refugee Law Clinic since 2020, where he teaches Asylum Law from an attorney’s perspective.
Arta speaks English and German.
