Azerbaijan: 2026 Labor Migration Quota Reports Due

As a reminder, companies must submit their quota reports online for their 2026 foreign workforce using Azerbaijani e-signature (‘ASAN’) to the State Migration Services by May 1, 2025. Based on these submissions, the Azerbaijani government reviews employers’ foreign workforce needs and will approve a foreign labor quota in November 2025 for the 2026 calendar year.
