Azerbaijan: Labor Migration Quota Reminder

As a reminder, companies must submit their quota reports online for their 2024 foreign workforce using ASAN signature to the State Migration Services by May 1, 2023. Based on these submissions, the Azerbaijani government reviews employers’ foreign workforce needs and will issue a foreign labor quota in September 2023 for the 2024 calendar year.
