Foreign nationals can again obtain long-term multiple-entry Azerbaijani visas via the so-called ‘telex system’ (valid for up to 180 days). From 2020 (amid COVID-19), Azerbaijani consular posts temporarily ceased issuing long-term visas to foreign nationals. Instead, foreign nationals could only obtain short-term single-entry visas (valid for up to 30 days).
