The UK government has proposed a new fast-track route to residency for high earners, allowing visa-holders earning over £125,000 to apply for indefinite leave to remain after three years rather than the standard five. The route also applies to entrepreneurs on Global Talent and Innovator Founder visas, while those earning between £50,000 and £125,000 will continue to follow the five-year timeline.
