Canada: More Invitations to Apply Under the Category-Based Selection Process for Express Entry Issued

Following earlier draws for healthcare and workers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics professions in June and July, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued the first round of invitations to apply to 1,500 candidates in trades, under the recently created Express Entry category-based selection process. Furthermore, IRCC has issued invitations to apply to an additional 800 candidates with French proficiency under the category-based selection process, the third draw for French-speaking candidates under this selection process. Those who are invited to apply will be able to submit permanent residence applications in Canada. Interested candidates can contact Fragomen for assistance.
