China Managing Partner Becky Xia was honored with the "Women in Leadership" Award by the Australian Chamber of Commerce Shanghai (AustCham Shanghai) during the organization's holiday lunch and awards gala in December.
Becky's dedication to cultivating a culture where female colleagues are encouraged to embrace leadership opportunities was noted in conjunction with her award.
AustCham Shanghai honors five individuals annually with its prestigious community awards, recognizing women in leadership, outstanding professionals, those making an impact on sustainability practices and those demonstrating a commitment to the local youth.
Founded in 1994, AustCham Shanghai is now the largest Australian Chamber of Commerce in the Greater China region, representing more than 400 businesses and individuals across a wide variety of industry sectors.
