Citizenship Studies: Procedural (in)justice for EU citizens moving to Belgium

Senior Associate Wout Van Doren contributed to an article published in Citizenship Studies, an academic journal that takes the discourse and practice of citizenship as an object of critical inquiry.

Based on a study conducted for Myria, the Belgian Federal Migration Centre, the article analyses the practices of Belgian municipalities and the Immigration Office as to the registration of EU workers, self-employed, jobseekers and their family members.
