Wout is a Senior Immigration Manager (Attorney at Law) in Fragomen’s Brussels office, where he leads the Belgian inbound practice, overseeing a team of attorneys and immigration consultants, delivering immigration services to major Belgian and global clients. As an attorney he advises both corporate and private clients in finding avenues for migration and settlement in Belgium by leveraging his extensive experience in Belgian immigration law, nationality law, international protection and strategic litigation before the Belgian courts.

Wout also leads the knowledge and government strategies team for Belgium, and is a member of the immigration taskforce of the American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium (AmCham).

Wout also teaches Belgian immigration law at the law faculty of Ghent University.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Wout worked at a boutique law firm, where he assisted clients with all aspects of migration to Belgium.

Wout speaks Dutch, English and French.
