Effective April 2026, registrations and de-registrations of all employees – whether Czech nationals, EU nationals or non-EU nationals – will be handled through one consolidated monthly notification submission. This new notification will replace the approximately 25 different forms that employers have previously been required to submit for each individual employee. This includes the Labour Office registration and deregistration obligations for foreign nationals, which will no longer be submitted separately. This should streamline the administrative processes involved in registering new employees and deregistering employees who leave organizations.
