Denmark: Work Permit Waiver for Third-Country Nationals May be Forthcoming
May 31, 2023
If a submitted proposal is adopted as law, third-country nationals will be able to work in Denmark for two periods of up to 15 days each in a 180-day period, if they are employed in a company based abroad that has an affiliated entity in Denmark with at least 50 employees. The public comment period has ended and further steps need to be taken to pass this as law (it is not clear how long this would take). We will report on related developments.
