Egypt - Travel Restrictions for Unaccompanied Minors | #MobilityMinute

In this Mobility Minute, Assistant Manager Maliha Jafri discusses how Egyptian minors under 18 years of age are now restricted from traveling abroad without being accompanied by a parent or guardian, according to the decree issued by the General Administration of Passports, Immigration and Nationality. The decree became effective in January 2024 and applies to travel by air, land and sea. Maliha also discusses requirements, processes and exceptions to these restrictions.
