Shayan provides strategic immigration, corporate, payroll and social security services across the Middle East and North Africa, overseeing Fragomen's practices in the UAE. With a deep understanding of the region's evolving local laws and regulations, Shayan ensures that clients remain fully compliant while aligning their business strategies with the ever-changing legal landscape.

Shayan excels at managing complex mobility programs, ensuring that the right personnel are in the right places at the right times, particularly in high-pressure environments like urgent deployments, outage responses and rotational assignments. He understands the unique operational demands of various industries including energy, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, aviation and technology. Shayan is highly active in the energy sector and has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. He works closely with clients in this space, particularly those facing capacity constraints, where large-scale projects demand fast, efficient and compliant talent deployment.

He has also successfully supported clients in developing mobility programs. Shayan helps clients with mergers and acquisitions and regional expansion plans, ensuring their global mobility strategies align with local regulations for seamless business operations. He has experience advising multinational corporations on organizational restructurings to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, as well as guiding start-ups on best practices for MENA region success.

Shayan drives initiatives in client service across the MENA region, ensuring that Fragomen's clients benefit from the latest solutions, insights into the global mobility framework and program management. He also serves on the firm's global Data Governance Council.
