Employment Law Workshop

Fragomen experts will be speaking at workshop, hosted by Dubai Chambers, which will provide attendees with a practical overview of the UAE employment landscape and the key labour and immigration considerations affecting employers and investors operating in the UAE.

As organizations continue to navigate the evolving regulatory environment, understanding the interaction between immigration, employment and workforce planning requirements is increasingly important. This workshop will explore the legal and operational considerations businesses should address when establishing operations, recruiting talent and managing employees in the UAE.

The session will cover a range of topics, including visa requirements, workforce planning, UAE work permit and immigration processes and the recruitment of expatriate employees and UAE nationals.
