Elena is a Director for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region at Fragomen, and she's based in Dubai. With 15+ years of experience in immigration and corporate services, she's a key player in providing essential services to clients.
Holding an LLB degree, Elena re-joined Fragomen in 2020 after working with a Big 4 firm in their MENA People Advisory Service team. She also had a significant role in setting up the Macedonian immigration practice for an international relocation company. Earlier in her career, Elena worked at a family-owned law firm, adding a unique dimension to her legal expertise.
Currently managing two teams, UAE-inbound and Corporate Services, Elena excels in advisory services, tackling complex corporate and immigration matters. She's skilled in providing strategic guidance for compliance, conducting audits, and helping companies register and establish their businesses. Her clientele includes multinational companies from various industries.
