Elena is a Director at Fragomen, based in Dubai, where she leads the Corporate Services team for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

With more than 15 years of specialized experience in corporate services and immigration, Elena plays a pivotal role in delivering critical corporate solutions to our clients. Holding an LLB degree, she rejoined Fragomen in 2020 after contributing her expertise to the MENA People Advisory Services team at a Big 4 firm.

Elena was also instrumental in establishing the Macedonian immigration practice for a global relocation company. Her early career at a family-owned law firm further enriched her legal perspective and enhanced her capabilities in corporate advisory roles. Elena is also an accomplished speaker, regularly hosting and presenting at industry events on complex regulatory issues.

Adding to her diverse skill set, Elena has hosted and spoken at various events on topics related to complex issues and regulatory changes.

Beyond her professional achievements, Elena is deeply involved in philanthropy. Leading the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee in the MENA region, she has organized numerous donation drives.

Elena speaks English and Macedonian.
