Elizabeth McGarrity Wins Totum Partners' Best Business Leaders Award

Senior Human Resources Director Elizabeth McGarrity has received Totum Partners' inaugural Best Business Leaders award. These awards recognise the achievements of business leaders in professional services firms and are reserved for those who inspire, transform and deliver excellence in business services.

According to Totum's, Elizabeth is recognised for "transforming her firm’s HR function and putting people strategy at the heart of the business." Her noted achievements include establishing a crisis management task force, designing and rolling out Fragomen’s responsible business strategy, re-designing the firm’s talent attraction strategy, and revolutionising the learning and development function.
