Are you an international student interested in staying in the U.S. after graduation? If so, this discussion is for you. Mitch and Chad will examine the popular EB-5 program, which allows foreign nationals who invest money in a U.S. business to obtain a green card. Additional topics will include:
- The advantages of the EB-5 program over other immigration paths that allow international students to stay in the U.S. long-term
- EB-5 program requirements including proving the lawful source of investment funds
- Job creation requirements
- Processing times and other timing considerations
