Fragomen recently topped The National Law Journal’s (NLJ) “Women In Law Scorecard,” highlighting the firm’s commitment to hiring, promoting and recognizing the best and brightest individuals, regardless of gender. This scorecard ranks the largest U.S. law firms based on their inclusion of female attorneys.
To develop this year’s scorecard, NLJ evaluated survey responses from 254 of the nation's 350 largest law firms by head count. The “Women in Law” rank was calculated by adding each firm's percentage of attorneys that are women with its percentage of partners that are women.
Explaining the firm’s legacy of championing women, Cynthia Lange, a partner based in Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee says, “Even 30 years ago, they were fabulous at recognizing women.”
Given its inclusive approach, Fragomen has held the top position on the scorecard since its launch in 2011. Read more.
