PARIS – 15 January, 2024 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, is pleased to welcome Sylvain Garguilo as its France Practice Leader. With more than 18 years of immigration and global mobility experience at multinational companies, Garguilo will further elevate the firm’s presence in France. 

“Sylvain is a talented, client-centric global mobility professional whose dedication to developing innovative solutions and advancing our industry aligns perfectly with the firm’s values and vision,” said George Koureas, Fragomen’s Europe Managing Partner. “I’m delighted to begin the new year with Sylvain at the helm of our French practice as we embark on new growth initiatives in Europe.”

In this role, Garguilo will help drive new business and initiatives and collaborate with professionals across the firm to expand the firm’s offerings in the country. He is experienced in building high-performing teams and implementing optimized and scalable workflow models aimed at meeting client goals with efficiency and favorable results. He holds a master’s in foreign languages applied to international business from Nice University in France.
