BeYou@Fragomen—the firm's inclusive business network for LGBT+ people, allies and supporters—is shortlisted in the "Outstanding LGBTQIA Network of the Year" category of the 2024 British Diversity Awards.
The network's key focus areas include building empathy on LGBT+ topics by providing education and training on LGBT+ subjects, creating an open forum for ideas, and increasing the firm's contribution to the LGBT+ community through partnerships with external LGBT+ organizations.
The British Diversity Awards recognize workplaces that champion the values of diversity, equity and inclusion. Winners will be announced on 20 March 2024 at a ceremony in London. Learn more here.
