A significant drop in work permit decisions issued is changing how companies hire foreign talent in Poland. In an article published in Gazeta Prawna, Partner Karolina Schiffter highlights that applications fell from over 205,000 in 2024 to 148,600 during the first half of 2025. The new regulations appear to have prompted some companies to adjust their use of foreign work permits and refine their hiring processes.

Znaczny spadek liczby wydanych zezwoleń na pracę zmienia sposób, w jaki firmy zatrudniają zagranicznych pracowników w Polsce. W artykule opublikowanym w Gazeta Prawna, Partner Karolina Schiffter podkreśla, że liczba wniosków spadła z ponad 205 000 w 2024 roku do 148 600 w pierwszej połowie 2025 roku.
