Government offices have reopened following Storm Ophelia.
Appointments will be rescheduled
The Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service advised that they will contact foreign nationals affected by the closure to reschedule their appointments at the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB) office at Burgh Quay in Dublin.
Foreign nationals attending at other GNIB offices outside Dublin should contact their local office to confirm if the office is accepting applicants.
Citizenship ceremonies cancelled on October 16 will be rescheduled before the end of the year.
