As part of the Hohenheim Days on Migration Law, a forum on the skilled labor recruitment sector—focusing on the legal framework and key stakeholders—will be moderated by Marius Tollenaere of Fragomen from 5:00 to 6:30 PM on Saturday, May 3. The conference will explore current developments, challenges, and opportunities in migration law at both national and European levels. Marking its 40th anniversary, the event will also reflect on past progress and address forward-looking topics such as climate migration and digitalization, with an emphasis on European and federal contexts.

Mai, von 17:00 bis 18:30 Uhr ein Forum zum Thema Fachkräftesicherung statt, das sich mit dem rechtlichen Rahmen und den zentralen Akteuren befasst. Marius Tollenaere von Fragomen wird die Veranstaltung moderieren. Die Konferenz widmet sich aktuellen Entwicklungen, Herausforderungen und Chancen im Migrationsrecht auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene. Anlässlich des 40-jährigen Jubiläums bietet sie zugleich einen Rückblick auf die bisherigen Entwicklungen und nimmt zukunftsweisende Themen wie Klimamigration und Digitalisierung mit besonderem Fokus auf europäische und bundesrechtliche Kontexte in den Blick.
