Ireland: Ukrainian Nationals Again Require Biometric Passport for Entry
June 4, 2024
As of June 5, 2024, temporary measures which allowed Ukrainian nationals to travel to Ireland without a valid biometric passport will cease to be in effect, and they will again require a biometric passport. Ukrainian nationals remain visa exempt when entering Ireland and this requirement for a biometric passport does not impact temporary protection status.
