Latvia: Golden Visa to be Suspended

A draft law that is likely to be adopted by the Latvian Parliament will suspend the residence by investment (Golden Visa) program. The draft bill also proposes to suspend the issuance of temporary residence permits to Russian and Belarusian citizens until June 30, 2023, with some exceptions for family reunification and humanitarian cases. We will publish an update here when the law is adopted.
