Lithuania/Belarus: Lithuania to Close More Border Crossings with Belarus

Effective March 1, 2024, Lithuania will close the Lavoriškės and Raigardas border crossing points with Belarus. This follows earlier Lithuania-Belarus border closures in August 2023. After the March 2024 closure, only two (of the six) border crossings between the two countries will remain open, and these two crossings – Medininkai and Šalčininkai – will be subject to restrictions.
