Starting April 4, businesses interested in hiring overseas talent through the UK’s Skilled Worker Visa will need to meet a new minimum salary threshold of £38,700 (an almost 50% increase from the previous salary threshold). Partner Louise Haycock shared with the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry how these increased costs could restrict London businesses’ access to overseas talent.
