Effective May 2, 2025, the MYXpats Centre has announced that all appeal submissions for rejected Employment Pass and Professional Visit Pass-Expert applications must be made directly through the Expatriate Services Division online system. Manual submissions via email or at the MYXpats Centre will no longer be accepted as of May 1, 2025. The "Appeal" button will be enabled once an application is officially rejected in the system. Appeals must be submitted within six months from the date of rejection, and no refunds will be issued once an appeal has been filed.
