All companies registered in Azerbaijan which intend to use foreign national employees in Azerbaijan are required to submit their quota reports to the State Migration Service by May 1, 2018.

- Penalties. If an employer fails to submit a quota report, the State Migration Service may deny work permit applications filed by the employer.
- Background. According to a law in Azerbaijan, an employer which intends to use foreign national employees in Azerbaijan must provide an estimate of the number of foreign workers it will employ to the State Migration Service each year.
