In almost every industry in Germany, talent is desperately sought. In particular, the country is experiencing a shortage of help in industries such as IT and construction, and while the federal government is developing more inclusive immigration policies to help recruit migrant skilled workers, Partner Axel Boysen argues that more incentives are needed.
In addition to the legal framework, Axel says that Germany needs more practical and financial measures in place to make the country a desired destination for skilled workers globally.
