Poland: Information Technology Specialists from Ukraine and Belarus Under Business Harbor Visas Can Apply for New Visa in Poland
January 17, 2023

Effective immediately, citizens of Ukraine and Belarus who entered Poland on a Poland Business Harbor Visa can apply for another Polish visa without leaving the country. They must be able to confirm that they are working in Poland as an information technology specialist and file an application no later than March 31, 2023, although the start date for the new visa can be up to six months after the date the application was filed. All other nationals are still not able to apply for a visa in Poland. Eligible nationals should book a visa appointment online for one of the visa centers in Warsaw, Poznan or Lublin. There are no government filing fees; however, a service fee (currently PLN 38) will apply for filing an application at a visa center.
