Poland: Notarial Service Fee Increase

Effective November 5, 2026, the maximum fees for notarial services will change as follows: PLN 12 for the first 10 pages. PLN 10 for pages 11-20; PLN 8 for each page from page 21 onwards. Currently, the maximum fee is PLN 6 net per page.  

For matters involving only a few pages, the change could result in a significant cost increase; while for larger documents, the effective increase per page will often be lower due to the reduced rates applied to subsequent page ranges.
