Presentation on Private Sector Exchange Visitor Programs at the Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association

Senior Counsel and Practice Leader Scott F. Cooper has been invited by the American Immigration Council (AIC) to co-present a special session in the Exhibit Hall area—distinct from the standard conference session rooms—during AILA’s Annual Conference. He will be joined by Gennady Babankov, Alternate Responsible Officer of AIC’s Exchange Visitor Program.

This session will focus on private sector exchange program categories frequently used by employers and immigration counsel. AIC specifically selected Scott to present based on his recognized expertise in J-1 program auditing and compliance guidance.
