Russia: Discounted Visa Processing Fees Eliminated

Effective December 24, 2023, all EU nationals as well as nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland must pay full consular fees for a Russian visa. Fees vary between USD 50 to USD 300 (depending on visa type or processing speed). Previously, certain of these nationals (including diplomats, journalists, students, and business travelers) were subject to a reduced fee or no fee.
