Fragomen Partner Jo Antoons and Immigration Supervisor Elisabeth Kamm will be contributing to the upcoming seminar on the Recast Blue Card Directive, hosted with support from the Radboud University’s Network on Migrant Inclusion. The event gathers institutional, academic, and practitioner voices to address the evolving landscape of EU work and residence conditions for third-country nationals.
Jo and Elisabeth will speak during the midday session (11:30–13:00) on Academic and Practitioner Perspectives, offering insights into the legal issues central to the recast directive. Her perspective will explore the directive’s real-world implications for employers and highly skilled migrants.
This seminar provides an opportunity for in-depth dialogue around implementation challenges and best practices across Member States. We look forward to Jo’s contribution to what promises to be a valuable and forward-thinking event.
