2025 NJBIZ Leaders in Law 

This program honors outstanding legal professionals, including lawyers and general counsels, for their dedication to their profession and communities. After an open nomination period, 60 honorees were selected by a panel of independent judges with experience in the justice system. The 2025 Leaders in Law celebration will be held on March 25 at The Marigold in Somerset.

Honorees for the ROI Influencers: Power List are selected through a comprehensive process involving continuous monitoring of the business world, nominations from top leaders and readers, and categorization into various sector-specific lists. Prema is recognized in the ‘law’ category for her prowess in corporate immigration, global corporate compliance and advisory services, as well as her role as President of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey.
