Singapore: Reminder for Employers to Prepare for Forthcoming COMPASS Implementation

As a reminder, a new points-based evaluation framework, the Complementary Assessment Framework (COMPASS), for Employment Pass (EP) renewals will go into effect in September 2024. As a result, employers should review their foreign national population in order to prepare for this change. Fragomen can assist in running assessments of the individuals against the new COMPASS framework. COMPASS already went into effect in September 2023 for initial EP applications.
