Senior Manager and attorney Katharina Vorländer from Fragomen will lead the next session in the IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg webinar series “Become a Talent Magnet – Top Recipes for Attracting Experts.”
The session focuses on the legal framework for employing skilled workers from abroad—an increasingly vital topic as companies confront demographic shifts and a growing shortage of qualified personnel.
Drawing from the IHK’s “Skilled Worker Recruitment Recipe Book,” which compiles 30 actionable strategies and support programs, Vorländer will walk participants through the key legal steps in skilled worker immigration. Her talk will cover critical areas such as visa procedures, required documentation, industry salary standards, employment prerequisites, family reunification, and common legal pitfalls.
This session is part of IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg’s broader initiative to equip regional businesses with practical tools and insights for attracting and integrating international talent.
Registration is open until June 13, 2025.
Further details are available on the IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg event page.
