Fragomen will be participating in the UKCISA Annual Conference, an in-person event delivered by UK Council for International Student Affairs (UKCISA). Taking place from June 23–25, 2026 at the University of Strathclyde, the event brings together UKCISA members, #WeAreInternational Student Ambassadors, and practitioners and experts working across international education.
Focusing on strategic issues shaping the international student landscape, the event will have an emphasis on policy, regulation, and compliance. As part of the program, Fragomen’s Sanjay Parmar, Immigration Supervisor, will present a breakout session focused on changes to sponsorship compliance and increased UKVI scrutiny, and the significant impact this will have on UK education sponsors in relation to the annual Basic Compliance Assessment.
Attendees can expect informed discussion, practical insights, and opportunities to engage with peers and sector leaders. The conference also provides a forum for conversations that influence policy and support advocacy for international students.
