United States: April 2025 DOL PERM and PWD Processing Times

The Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.

As of April 1, 2025, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in December 2023 or earlier, and the agency indicates N/A for the audit processing queue. DOL is working on standard reconsideration requests that were filed in February 2025 or earlier.  

As of April 1, 2025, DOL is issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM prevailing wage requests filed in November 2024 (OES) and October 2024 (non-OES), and for H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in November 2024 (OES) and October 2024 (non-OES). The agency has been processing PERM and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in December 2024. DOL is also processing PERM and H-1B Center Director reviews requested in August 2024.
