United States: April 2026 DOL PERM and PWD Processing Times

The Department of Labor (DOL) has issued its latest report on PERM and prevailing wage determination (PWD) processing times.

As of April 23, 2026, DOL was conducting analyst review for PERM applications filed in January 2025 or earlier, and audit review for PERM applications filed in December 2025 or earlier. DOL is working on reconsideration requests that were filed in November 2025 or earlier. 

As of April 9, 2026, DOL was issuing prevailing wage determinations (PWDs) for PERM and H-1B prevailing wage requests filed in January 2026 (for OEWS-based and non-OEWS requests). The agency has been processing PERM prevailing wage redeterminations requested in December 2025 and H-1B prevailing wage redeterminations requested in January 2026. In addition, the agency is processing PERM Center Director Reviews from January 2026.
